IPL 2025: How the points table looks after DC thrash SRH & CSK lose to RR in a thrilling encounter

IPL 2025 has started to show up it's magic as the league went into the exciting phase. The teams already looks in the huddle and chasing the top 4 spots. However, there are ups and downs going on in the IPL 2025 points table with every match. Delhi Capitals (DC) maintained their dominance in the IPL 2025 season as they crushed Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by a huge margin on Sunday (March 30). 

Axar Patel's side dominated SRH in every department, winning their second successive match of the tournament. Chennai Super Kings (CSK), on the other hand, were handed a heartbreak defeat by  Rajasthan Royals (RR) in a last-over thriller at Barsapara, Guwahati.

With this outcome, DC moved to second position in the IPL 2025 table, whereas Pat Cummins' SRH fell back to eighth after two consecutive defeats. CSK's loss benefited RR, which moved up in the IPL table, and Mumbai Indians (MI) remained at the bottom with continuing struggles. 

Speaking about other teams, RCB remains at the top of the table with 4 points in 2 games. LSG have their place intact at the 3rd place, meanwhile Gujarat Titans jumped to 4th place with their win over Mumbai Indians on Saturday (29th March).
